Students can log into RamWeb and select the Flu Self-Reporting link on the upper left side of the homepage to access the self-reporting website.  A few tips for your students: 

• Faculty generally require illness verification PRIOR TO missing exams or assignments in order to reschedule exams or provide arrangements for making up missed work! 
• If your student is feeling ill and believes he/she has Influenza, he/she should log into this reporting system using his/her CSU eID and follow the instructions provided. 

The Flu Self-Reporting page is intended to:

• Help your student report his/her illness and to notify his/her instructors
• Generate an email confirmation that he/she has reported his/her illness
• Provide a safer means of reporting illness, rather than going to the health center
• Help the university keep track of ill students
• Provide a link to the CSU Health Network for additional H1N1 information
